‘Say yes or I drive straight into the storm, Brenda.’
Umeboshi
I have to wonder if this neologism comes from something like either their parents not taking any vacations and so they never got the examples (‘Wait, you spend time with your kids?’) or from a cultural aversion to taking time off for oneself. (‘Taking time off? Sounds like someone’s not really committed to the success of the company.’)
You should check out some of the expansions. They might be more to your tastes than the free trial suggests.
I heard a discussion of the concept of an RPG setting where the world never made the jump to digital. The idea was to explore that alternative now based on a changed history. It included the idea of aliens that we’d only meet by having developed new technologies in the analog space, sapient, benevolent AI that only exist because of some different interpretation of intelligence in an analog space, etc.
The internet. We’d probably all be bettered off if we avoided it.
Automate
Not a complex thread either
Flow beginning>audio volume?(proceed: when changed, audio stream: alarm)>audio volume set(100%)>back up to audio volume?
Not rooted means you’d have to start automate after a reboot but otherwise no effort.
You wish it looked that cool.
Expect violence.
Because they were all born in a time before electricity.
They do have to be good quality paints as some of the cheap ones are a bit gloopy, but otherwise very true.

Growing up? Stranger in a Strange Land
MIchael’s way of viewing the world felt so natural to me, and yet so different from almost anyone else around.
Most snakes are like fish. You don’t have them to snuggle, just to appreciate from nearby. Many, even most, can be handled perfectly safely, but it’s not about bonding with them like a mammal. They don’t want to kill you. That’s cats. Snakes just want you to leave the mouse and go.
If those are the options, I choose death.
Farming Simulator 25 - realistic modern farming
Coral island - chill life sim
Graveyard keeper - story with lots of farming and crafting sim elements
some Minecraft modpacks are farming focused
Ranch Sim - farming/hunting/homesteading mix
Farming Dynasty - euro farming sim
Garden Life - chill, grow flowers, decorate your garden, etc.
Hard to say where the line is for ‘looking like anime’ but for things that are a bit stylized but not anime styled exactly, there’s also Staxel, the My Time At __ series, and some others.
Ask why.
Need to learn X? Ask why. Why you want to do it might point to a better way of getting what you really want. Asking why one does something in doing X will tell you how process relates to result, informing better decisions.
Did somebody do something wrong? Ask why. Whether it was because they misunderstood or were just an ass, you’ll know better what to do with them.
Wondering what happened? Asking why will usually get you the who, what, where, when, and how as part of the answer.
